1. Scope

These terms govern access to the AnswerRankIQ website, domain preview, private dashboard, reports, and related AI visibility intelligence services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service description

AnswerRankIQ analyzes website visibility across search and AI answer surfaces. Outputs may include scores, estimates, recommendations, competitor intelligence, content opportunities, schema guidance, and operational reports.

3. Accounts and authorized use

You must provide accurate account and organization information.
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
You may only submit domains and websites you own, operate, or are authorized to assess.
You must not use the service for unlawful scanning, abuse, scraping, intrusion, or rights violations.

4. Reports and estimates

Scores, opportunities, rankings, and lift estimates are analytical outputs, not guarantees of search or AI answer-engine placement. External engines change behavior and ranking systems over time.

5. Intellectual property

The website, platform, software, design, methodology, and generated system components remain the property of AnswerRankIQ or its licensors. Customer-provided materials remain owned by the customer or relevant rights holder.

6. Fees and paid services

Paid plans, audits, or consulting engagements may be governed by additional order forms, subscriptions, or written agreements. In case of conflict, the signed commercial agreement controls for the relevant service.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or guaranteed business outcome. Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if the service is misused, legal obligations require it, payment obligations are not met, or security risks are detected.
